Who are we? We are the Piano Family. We've been in the jewelry business for forty years.
Our store name comes from our parents, Gene and Eve (Geneve) Piano, who opened our original
store in San Jose, California. We are trained as goldsmiths, designers, platinumsmiths,
gemologists, appraisers, and diamond specialists. We all enjoy working with you to create
fine jewelry pieces that are unique, individual, and timeless; an exciting experience for
all involved. Our credo of "no one should leave unhappy" has created an incredibly satisfied
and loyal group of customers and staff. Whether this is your first time or fiftieth time

Delivery
Free shipping on all items up to $25,000 by the US Postal Service, Express Mail, insured. Express Mail delivers next day, or second day, based on your location and the time your order is placed. A signature is required for proof of delivery.

Geneve Jewelers' Guarantee is simple and straight-forward. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You may return any unused item (except personalized items) within 10 days of receipt to be replaced, exchanged, or returned for a refund, minus the shipping charges. If a gift certificate was used for the purchase, a gift certificate will be reissued.
